Position overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Project Manager to oversee the coordination of
manufacturing and commissioning of our BESS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in managing production projects and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and
timely delivery of our high-quality products.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the assembly and production process for BESS projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality
  assurance, to meet project objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems meet technical specifications
  and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays, and implementing solutions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring customer
  satisfaction.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing production or assembly projects, preferably in the
  energy sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with battery technologies and energy storage solutions is highly desirable.
